LOST / FORGOTTEN KEYS
If you leave the property without your keys or lose the keys between 8pm-10am please contact our security company for assistance. You will be responsible for paying a £50 call out fee plus any additional costs incurred.

The security company will be able to help you regarding access matter ONLY. When they arrive at the property, you will need to provide your full name and show the booking confirmation.

If you smell gas, think you have a gas leak, or are worried that fumes containing carbon monoxideare escaping from a gas appliance, please call the free Gas Emergency Services emergency line.
Electricity – 105
In the event of an electrical emergency or power outage please call 105 to be put through to your local electricity network operator. If you smell burning or there's smoke coming from your electrics - call 999 immediately.
HEATING & HOT WATER
Please always check any instructions provided at the property, on guest welcome notes or provided on any booking communication.
- Check the boiler is turned ON at the main power switch
- Check the room thermostat is turned UP - this maybe a small mobile unit or on the wall
- Check the timer (either on the boiler, at the wall thermostat or the mobile thermostat) is switched to ON
- Check the pressure gauge on the boiler is set to around 1 bar. Look for dial with a red needle on the front of boiler. You can also find instructions on the inside of the control panel
- Check the thermostat controls on each radiator are ON and set to HIGH
- If the system has a permanent pilot light, check it hasn't gone out by looking at the glass view hole on the boiler
- Check if you have a RESET switch on the front of your boiler.
- Refer to the user manual for specific boiler model instructions.
However if the boiler panel needs tools to remove it, do not touch it. Instead call a 24/7 boiler engineer.
If the issue is a fault the cost will be met by the host.
If the issue is user error, the cost will be met by the guest.
