Redroaster, located at the bottom of St James’ Street in Brighton, is a modern bright and spacious botanical café serving ethically sourced coffee, breakfast and all-day brunch. By day this sleek venue is the famous Redroaster and by night this venue transforms into Lucky Khao, serving Northern Thai charcoal BBQ, curries and sharing plates accompanied by a delicious selection of craft beers, cocktails and pairing wines!

This proudly independent Brighton cafe is still currently the only certified organic roastery in the South and if you love Redroaster coffee (which we’re sure you will!) can always buy a yourself a bag of their signature blend to take home with you!
